How to Use
Place the shield section directly over and around the nipple. Press bulb, push the shield down making an air tight seal and release the bulb to express the milk.

Cleaning and Sterilizing Instruction
After each use detach the bulb from the shield. Wash in mild detergent specificaly for baby bottles and nipples, and rinse well.It can also be sterlized in boiling water for 5 minutes or by using steam sterlizer(follow the instructions in the user’s manual) Dry throughly after cleaning.
