Wash your hands before preparing your baby's food and ensure all utensils are clean. 2. Boil clean drinking water. Measure 150 ml into a clean jug and allow the water to cool for 25 minutes until lukewarm. 3. Using a clean spoon measure 50 g of Nestlé CERELAC into a clean bowl. Pour the 150 ml of lukewarm water into it. 4. Stir until the cereal is smooth with a clean spoon and use immediately, checking first to make sure it's not too hot for your baby.
