BABY’S WORLD RETURN POLICY
We accept refunds and
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Product with obvious signs of use,Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
To return your order write an email to us at “returns@babysworld.in” . Please mention the reason of return and order ID. After receiving your return request we will generate pick up for you. After inspection of product we will generate refund for you.
NOTE – Products from the following category will not be returned 1. Feeding and Nursing 2. Health and safety 3. Diapering 4. Strollers after assembling { unassembled with box intact could be returned within 15 days } 5. Tricycles like Bentley or Sunbaby or any brand after assembling won’t be accepted.6.Swimming pool and Accessories
